
Mark C. Ople, Esq. concentrates his legal practice in the area of U.S. Immigration Law. Mr. Ople graduated from
Yale University in 1989 with a B.A. Degree in History. He subsequently received his Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) from
the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall. Mr. Ople has been admitted to practice as an attorney in California.
Since U.S. Immigration Law is federal law, Mr. Ople represents clients located throughout the United States. Before
opening his own law firm, Mr. Ople worked with the employment and labor law firm of Stricker & Ball in San Diego,
California. He was also previously a clerk at the law firm of Gray, Cary, Ware & Freidenrich in San Diego, and he
practiced immigration law with the Law Offices of Peter Chu from 1997 to 2004.
Mr. Ople is a member of several legal and professional associations, including the California State Bar, the
American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the San Diego County Bar Association. Mr. Ople has extensive experience
working directly with officials of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (formerly "Immigration & Naturalization
Service") in order to effectively serve his clients.
