NSC Trying to Clear EB-3 I-140 Backlog

Nebraska Service Center has stated that in order to facilitate filing of I-485's or consular processing, they are trying to expedite the processing of EB-3 based I-140's. Currently that they are trying to adjudicate within the next two weeks, EB-3 I-140's filed before January 1, 1999.
