IMPORTANT UPDATE! H-1B Cap for FY2006 Has Been Reached!
Today, USCIS announced that it had reached the H-1B cap for Fiscal Year 2006 on Wednesday, August 10. USCIS stated that H-1B cap-subject applications received on or after August 10 will be denied. For H-1B applications received on August 10, USCIS has established a method for randomly selecting such applications for adjudication.
